GALAXY ND
Galaxy ND was designed in 1965 by Joan Pedragosa Doménech. It has some peculiarities such as the contraposition of peak and curve. This bold character frees the letter from any refined connotation. This results in a close and natural typography that is also related to the pop style.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Joan Pedragosa Domenech (1930-2005) was a graphic designer and sculptor. He studied drawing and industrial aesthetics. He worked in various advertising agencies in Barcelona and Lausanne (1960-1962) too.
He was a founding member of FAD Association Graphic designers and taught at the Escuela Massana and Elisava. His work shows a clear, almost mathematical rationalist influence, enriched by drawings and fanciful textures.
