Making an order entails full acceptance of the established terms and conditions.

I. PAYMENT METHOD

Bauertypes accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. For payment via bank transfer, please contact us by email at: [email protected]


II. DELIVERY OF PURCHASED PRODUCT

When the product is a font, once the payment is completed, you will be redirected to your account where you will be able to download the font. When the product is merchandising, books or pamphlets, the product will be sent once payment has been made.


III. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order up to 15 days after you have made your purchase, provided that the font has not been downloaded.


IV. RETURNS

Bauer Types does not accept returns for fonts that have been bought and downloaded from the web. If the product is merchandising, contact us at: [email protected] before returning the product, telling us your reason for returning the product, the details of the original order and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Accordingly, you will be provided with a return merchandise authorization number that must be included in the package of the returned product, together with a copy of the original order. A return delivery address will be included with the return merchandise authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without the return merchandise authorization number.


› Condition

The item must be unused, undamaged and returned complete with all its pieces and accessories, in the same condition in which it was delivered and in its original packaging.


› Delivery

Package the product properly to prevent damage in transit and insure the package for its value as the client will be responsible for any damage in transit. Use a transportation service that allows delivery tracking. The client is responsible for paying all the delivery and insurance costs for returning the product. If an exchange is requested, the client will also be responsible for all delivery costs of the new product.


› International Returns

Bauertypes will not be responsible for international delivery costs or any tax or additional duties. You must take into account the specific customs policies and delivery suppliers. Once the product has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to the client notifying them of whether their request for refund or exchange has been approved.


› Return

If the return is approved, it will automatically be credited to you using the same payment method that was used for the original order.


Guarantees

Bauertypes will replace the font software in the event that the font software does not function correctly, provided that the claim is presented within thirty (30) days of purchasing this license. Your only option is the substitution of software fonts; refunds will not be given. You expressly recognize and accept that the use of the font software is at your own risk.
